Yellowtail Jalapeno Appetizer

Uozumi - Palmdale, CA

I've always liked the combination of yellowtail with jalapeno. The flavors blend well, and the peppers give the yellowtail a nice bite.

I was pleasantly surprised to see this on the menu at Uozumi. The fish quality was top notch, and the dish immaculately prepared.
