Amazing, dinner entree. Who knew chicken could be so good? Amish smoked served with a combination of roasted string beans (yellow and green) and thyme, and whole grain mustard and a rich butter sauce. Like everything we had at Proof on Main, this dish went beyond our expectations and "chicken experience - so many flavors combined in very new and inventive ways.
