Brisket and a Sazerac
Tujagues - New Orleans, LA
This was part of a culinary tasting tour of the French Quarter I participated in.
At Tujagues, they served us brisket with Creole sauce (basically a horseradish-heavy remoulade) and Sazeracs.
This was good enough to make me vow to come back and try the rest of their menu.

Would you eat here again?
