Ribs, Brisket
Blues Hog - Clayton, MO
Had these ribs and brisket at the Clayton Farmer's market which is held on Saturdays and located in Clayton, MO (west of St. Louis) right next to Straub's Gourmet Market. Amazingly tender and smokie and beefie (the brisket) - best brisket I've had (not had a lot), opened my eyes to what brisket could be. Excellent sauces, ribs were also tender and meaty - can't miss.
