Huevos Rancheros

Tempo - Chicago, IL

Just around the corner from the Sofitel Watertower. Tempo is known for their egg scrambles and I can see why - not exactly like other huevos but then what do I know of the real thing? This had a much more complex flavor than the image might suggest, more "wow!"
Tempo itself is a busy, somewhat chaotic place, but that's part of it's charm too.
