Chorizo Black Bean Hash

Chorizo Black Bean Hash with Sweet Potatoes, two Eggs and a side of Tomato (Spicy as in heat) Salsa. Voted Best New restaurant by a local Columbus,OH alternative newspaper this brunch was a delightful way to spend our Sunday. The sweet potatoes didn't overpower the dish with too much sweet, the eggs were cooked perfectly, once the yolks were broke they melted out over the hash and the chorizo had great flavor and texture. I'd love to work my way though their off the menu brunch. They don't take reservations so get there at 10am- You won't be sorry!
