Truffle Chips with Blue Cheese and Candied Pecans

"Eleven" is the Hyde Park's connecting little sister restaurant that specializes in cocktails and small plates. We happened to be there for the "Happy hour" which offers a select small plates and martinis for $4.00. These Truffle chips w/ Blue Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar, Candied Pecans and Truffle notes were outstanding. A generous amount of chips, the perfect combination with a cocktail and very warm friendly service. Why I'd love to go back now just thinking about it!
