Amazing place, modern, clean design, friendly staff, simple grilled foods + signature varieties of mozz but it's more than just the mozz. We ate there on a Sunday so it was buffet only and that was a good thing as we could take small samples of all of their grilled offerings as well as each kind of mozzarella. They also have one on the Campo Di Fiori which is great for people watching and of course the food - you must eat at one, we ate at both :)
