Aubergine and Smoked Mozzarella Rice Tortino is so simple and tasty you will be promising yourself that you're going to make it as soon as you get back to a kitchen.
The crostini is layers of wood oven baked bread with stracciatella di burrata and a very spicy salami from Calabria - great heat, richness with the crunch of the bread.
