This beautiful elegant bar is set inside the Hotel Principe Di Savoia, this intimate salon is the perfect place to relax & enjoy an evening cocktail with snacks or a light dinner. Finished with Balsamic vinegar this plate needed nothing else, the taste of the vegetables were organic with a touch of smoky sweetness.
