Brisket Platter

12 Bones Smokehouse - Asheville, NC

Sliced Brisket with a side of Mac n Cheese, Cornbread and Collard Greens. I wished the brisket to be more smoky and charred on the outside (bark!) but the flavor was enjoyable and the sides were just as delightful and full of flavor.
