The Per Se experience is unparalled in every regard; the food, the service, and even the view are unsurpassed. It's the place to go when you want an entire staff of waiters, hosts, and managers to treat you like you are the only customer they've ever known while giving you plenty of space to ooh and ahh over your meticulously contstructed and mindblowingly delicious meal. Ask your server the name of the cow who made the milk where your hand-churned butter came from; he or she will know. Some of the food seems too pretty to eat, but don't pass up one transformative bite of the seasonal menu featuring some ingredients that only Mr. Keller himself can get his clever hands on. The dining experience at Per Se is the ultimate in urban gastronomic escapes; several hours later, emerge pampered, sated, and wondering when you can go back again.
